H&V..what is actually on the buffet?

Okay, I managed to score a F! package for our June trip. We did MM last time so I thought it might be nice to try H&V this time. I have been reading very bad things about H&V. So, what is actually served? My kids usually do great with buffets because there are more choices, and they are rather picky.

What about the kid choices? The desserts? Is there anything yummy for adults? Help!
