H&V PS for dinner?

I called today to get a PS for dinner at H&V in Sept. The CM said the latest was 4:20. I asked when they might open up later times now that the hours are out. CM said that MGM had not released their hrs. yet. I told him that indeed they were out. He looked and then told me that H&V must not be going to take PS for any later then that. I can't believe that. I am hoping if I call maybe in August, they will have later times? Any thoughts? Thanks.

for some reason the later times for the restaurants in MGM do not seem to become available until about 30 days out.
