Okay, the letter exchanges mean you go and purchase items that being with that letter - in this case "h". Like honey, hummus, or a two part item like hummingbird (feeder, hanger, magnet, note pad) or hunter green candle; magnet/bracelet, necklace with the word hope. Sometimes coming up with why an item should be included in the "h" exchange is just as much fun as finding items.
