is it really gross to go bare-footed in the gym showers and across the gym bathroom floor? I get the heebee-jeebees just seeing people do it!

it depends for me.

If I'm at Golds, my XBIL owns it, so I know how often the locker rooms/showers are cleaned, and what they use...but I still slip on my crocs

If i'm at a gym im not use to, then um yeah thats pretty nasty

I was in a panic when I forgot my flipflops one day. I stood and walked on my tippy toes the whole time in the shower!

What grosses me out the most at the gym is when someone has that icky, mildew-y, sweaty smell (the kind that actually make you gag) doesn't wipe off the equipment when they are done. Just gross.

Also, the hot tub/spa is a germ pool. Wow, I sound a bit ocd!

I don't like it when maked people like to sit on the benches and talk & talk & never once think about putting their undies on. I'm a quick dresser. I couldn't imagine sitting naked with my friends talking. Usually these ladies are very, very older so maybe they forget that they are naked!!!

This grosses me out too seeing that you can get some nasty foot things from wet floors

People who sweat on the machines and don't carry a towel should all be shot and dropped off a cliff onto sharp rocks.
