Forgive me fellows for I have gone over to the softer gentler side. (No, Bill, I didn't go buy the red bike shorts)
I have to confess I have ventured away from the macho workout, "go like heck, rest, and repeat", just wasn't hacking it for me.
I'm doing less miles with a warm-up and a cool down, followed by stretching and pilaties moves.
Gone are the pushups, replaced by the plank, the crunches are history, now it's leg raises. The squat thrust is no more.
I've left the large manly masses of iron weight, now it's the colorfull plastic coated smart bells.
Now guys before you smirk, I gotta tell you the babes are on to something. It's working. I'm stronger and faster than ever and nothing hurts. Well except a little chub rub under my arms.
Don't kick me out of the WISH guy network, I promise I'll go drink beer and watch Fergie videos as soon as I post this.
