I met the lady yesterday and she asked me to do a Womens hilite and a Boys cut. So I hilited my Mom's hair and cut my little brothers hair. She said she thought I did really well. And she wants to talk more on Monday. I hope she liked me. So now I have to wait in agony til Monday!!!! And not to mention last night I dreamt she told me I didn't get the job. I think I'm paranoid. So now I wait.

Onto the hair pic. I will take one tommorrow and post it on here. I don't get my hair done until Tuesday. I really can't wait until I get it done!!!! I'm so ready for a new do.

I did cut my grandmothers hair today. Tommorrow is her birthday. We are having a birthday/going away party for my grandmother and my cousin. My cousin just enlisted in the army so he heads off this Wendsday. So I made a ARMY cake and a Happy Birthday cookie cake for my grandmother. In fact I just finished decorating them. It took me forever. Now I need to clean up the kitchen and then take a shower and get to bed. We have church in the morning and the party after that.

I just remembered I downloaded the pic of my Brothers birthday cake. Here it is:

I just found your PTR. I have to say that your cakes are incredible. That wedding cake was fabulous!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the shirts too! We're staying at the AKL in September and I really like the one you did for that resort. Awesome.

I am very jealous that you were able to lose weight before your trip. I have been trying to do the same and have less than 30 days to go before we leave. I've been walking on the treadmill and crossing my fingers......

Believe me. If you saw the rolls I'm packing along you would know I don't miss a meal!!! Me not eating is very rare. I just don't eat when I really WANT to lose weight.

Oh my goodness!!!!!!


I called the lady back today like she asked me to on Friday. And she said she wants to hire me!!!!!!!! I am so excited. I start for sure on Saturday, but it may be before then. I'm not sure. I have to call her tommorrow.

She asked me if I was comfortable with her booking clients for ME. I said I was but now I'm kind of nervous. I haven't been able to practice the short cuts very much. I guess I really need to work on that.


But for some kind of bad news. My Mom has been having pains in her back and stomach, that goes up her chest and into her throat. And everytime she eats something it gets really bad. She has only eaten a cup of lima beans in the last three days. She thinks it may be her gallbladder or something. So she has a appt. today to see whats going on. Please pray for her, that everything is alright. She is worried that it will mess up our plans for WDW. I just want her to get better.


I have to go vaccum out our pool because our friends are coming tommorrow and the mom is going to do my hair!!!! I can't wait for that new do. I'll see about the before pic.


I'm off to go into the blistering sun. Why does it have to be so HOT.

Sorry to hear about your mom. My mom has major gallbladder issues as well. Turns out that she has an autoimmune disease that made her body attack itself. Has your mom been tested for ulcers? Sounds like it could be that too. for you and your mom. Hope it all turns out ok.

Hey everyone!!!

I have a little update.

My Mom was able to move her appt. from Thursday to tommorrow morning. I think my older sister is going to go with her while I saty and watch my two younger sibbies. (My DBro and DSis!! ) So please be thinking and praying for her in the morning!!


And I got my hair done today!!!!!! I love it!!! It came out a little lighter than I thought. But its very natural and it also has a red tint to it. That really makes me fit into my family. My DDad has bright red hair. And so does alot of other people. Sorry, still working on the pics!! Stop procrastinating, Sarah. Is that how you spell that word?


Another update is my DC (cousin) joined the ARMY and he left today. And he heads to boot camp tommorrow. So we will all miss him. He also needs prayers. I don't know if he would ever have to serve a tour in Iraq. I have mixed feelings on that. I am so proud of all the soldiers over there. I just want my cousin to be safe. DC's commander was trying to recruit my little DBro. Ha Ha!! He needs a little training and disipline!! He was ACTING shy. He's never shy.

I had made a cake as a going away present and put the ARMY logo on it. I'll post a pic as soon as I download them. Anyway, he let his commanders have some and they asked for some of my business cards. They may want me to do a cake for there special functions! And he said he may be able to get me a contract with them!!! Can you imagine? Everytime they would need a cake I would do it!!!!! Oh great, they would probably want the Marines or the Navy symbol!! Help!!!! All that camo, my head is reeling!

My DBro has been really um... active lately. Do ya'll think theres been a change in the ozone layer or something? I feel like all I do is: around him. He needs to calm down!!

Alright I think that is enough babbling for now. I know I'll be back later!!
