Gurgling Suitcase question...

How busy is it usually? We are not staying at OKW, but have heard lots of positive things about this establishment, and really enjoy ending our Disney nights with a nice cocktail in a jovial place. We're not opposed to taking an Uber to and from Beach Club if we think we have a shot at seats and a really pleasant time.

If it's crowded all the time, then we'll stay at our hotel bar, but otherwise, we'd be interested!

I've only been twice, but it wasn't crowded either time. The place is small though, so it doesn't take a lot of customers to change that. I really did like the bartenders there... they were friendly and fun. I'll have to make a trip back!

We're DVC owners at OKW but have only been once, and it was late afternoon. Very nice but limited seating (indoors anyway.) Not sure it's worth a special trip if you don't have other plans around the resort.

We have stayed at Old Key West many times, many of which are during peak season. I have never found a long wait at Gurgling Suitcase, seating at the bar section may be tough as there's only about 16 seats, but there are tables on the walkway beside the boat dock which provides about 30 more seats. The bartenders are great, my personal suggestion for a drink to get would be Turtle Crawl(if you like rum based drinks)or the Key West Bloody Mary. Also get the Onion rings they come with Key-lime mustard and mango ketchup...both delicious!

It's cute but I don't know if I'd make a point to go there especially. Unless you want to start there, then take the boat to Disney Springs and have some drinks there. The boat ride is lovely!
