Oh totally! That was so weird. I can't remember the last time I wore nylons, why would I wear them to the ob/gyn?????? I thought the segment about "ob/gyn" ettiquette would be about "personal" grooming, not to wear socks or not. How is wearing socks a question of etiquette? I didn't get that one at all.Disney Princess 6 said:I thought it was a bit weird that Oprah thought everyone wears nylons to the GYN. Who does that unless they are coming from work??? If I have a choice, I wear something that is easy to get in and out of - definitely not nylons.

As for bad breath, they do make mints for that.
I would never go to that extreme, but I hate it when people let their pet eat the leftovers off their plate. That would freck me out more then anything wondering if I ever ate at their home again about how many times did their pet eat off this dish...

The kids are quiet and not screaming throughout the store or chunking things out of the basket.lovemygoofy said:Oh just for the record my grandmother taught me that women shouldn't chew gum because "it looked like cows eating grass." I will chew gum in the house or in the car but not in public.
I haven't had a piece in at least 30 years.palmtreegirl Not a gum chewer but I can't imagine caring whether someone chews it in public or not.

I know I feel the same way... Gum chewers don't bother me, unless they snap the gum, blow bubbles or chew their gum with a open mouth.![]()
