Guilty ?

Ok I have a question for you all (actually 2 ) and these have probably been asked before but..


How many of you when you have been on the phone to Disney Reservations are guilty of singing along to the dis tunes they play for you while you wait ?

and

2. How many of you have been caught by the CM and what song was it ?

Beauty and the Beast, the Jump 5 version, havent been caught yet...but I am guilty of welling up with tears and rocking myself side to side to contain the excitement, for I know when I hear that hold music the magic is just beginning

I like going to the disney site just to listen to the music, I get such eye rolls from dh!! someone posted links to music to play on the computer, but it doesnt work on mine, so I've just settled for listening to the disney site!!

Guilty but haven't been caught yet - Someday My Prince Will Come and Tiki Room - the kids get all excited while I'm on hold, and I keep telling them to be quiet so we can all go to "Mickey's House." Then I inadvertantly start singing these tunes out loud to them while on hold.....what kind of example does THAT send? That really gets em going!

I was caught singing the Little Mermaid song. After we were done with the call the CM asked me if I wanted to be put back on hold so I could sing some more!

I have a complete set of CD's that contain just about every Disney song from all the shows ,movies and rides.I have them in my van and my family says they know when our vacation is getting near because I start listening to them all the time. I've even taken them on the plane to listen to when we're going to WDW to help me get in the spirit!!

I have never been caught by the CM, but I do sing along. I do also get teary-eyed because I know it is just a little tiny taste of what's to come.

I also have several Disney CDs. My husband, daughter and I listen to them in the car often. Off the top of my head, I know we have.....

Classics Volume 1
Lion King Soundtrack
Beauty and the Beast Soundtrack
Aladdin Soundtrack
and the Mermaid Soundtrack.

I think we have others, but we must not listen to them as oftern because I cannot think of them.



Know what else? After we have planned our trip, I watch the Disney Vacation video about once a month. I cannot wait until they release the new one. I have the two previous DVDs. The one in the clamshell and the one in the purple box and I will watch them both. Hopefully that new one will come out later this year so I can sit there like a pathetic Disney fanatic and watch it several times before our trip next June.

LOL we must have had the same CM because when I told her she almost caught me she asked if I wanted to be put back on hold to listen to the rest of the song. I should get some of the disney CD's for on the drive down to FL. It would be nice , especially for my 18 month and 4 year old DD. I really wish we had a dvd payer in our van - when the 4 year old gets cranky I could pop in a Disney DVD for her.

I'm so glad I'm not alone. I told my DH about this post, and he said, "I think you're taking this Disney infatuation a little too far." Of course, our whole home is practically decorated with Disney art work, but I can't help it if I have a passion for Disney. At least I'm not alone! Afterward he said he was just kidding. Anyway, he's the one that keeps wanting to buy the art work when we go to WDW!

Maybe he's a Disney fanatic that's still "in the closet"

HEE HEE!! I think my DH is still "in the Disney closet", too!! I love the Disney website music, too!!! I can listen to it alllll day!!! Don't even get me started on the "Main Street" music . . . I feel a (happy) tear!

I purchased the cd of WISHES when I was there in May and I can narrate and sing the whole show. Thats the cd that is in my house and I need to buy another one next week while I'm there for my car.

I have not been caught singing the tunes while on hold but one of these days they will catch me....along with many of you and then we can come and edit our post to say we were caught.

Hoping to hear some more music in the morning while I call for AP rates for Sept.
