Guide question?

I was wondering if we HAVE to use the same guide for everything? We purchased our initial 210 points in Sept 2003 and had a pretty disinterested guide. Now, I want to add on some points but it annoys the heck out of me that I would be giving a sale to some one like that. Any advice?

We don't have direct experience with this (yet) but I recall reading in previous posts that you can call and request a new guide. I believe you need to be pretty persistant though. Good luck!!!

Yes, you can switch guides. I had a guide that I didn't like for many reasons and requested to switch to Byron Helgeson (1-800-501-8668)
He's been great! My previous guide wouldn't look for add on points at BCV for me, said that they're never available. I switched the next day, and low and behold.... Byron said that there were BCV points available. I'm waiting for more BCV and VWL points, but none for my use year are available, but he checks every day. There were BCV for Dec. VWL for April, Aug. and June and every resort for February except BCV and VWL. Oh well, I'm patient.
