The general public's DVC website (http://www.disneyvacationclub.com/) has a chat feature [Link is under "Contact us" in the bottom left] and gives the phone # (800) 500-3990. Did you try either of those?
Also, what is your guide's name? Might jog someone into answering for you.

I didn't list my Guide's name because I thought there might be a general number to call and then find his extension and I also didn't know if it was within DIS guidelines to post their names and didn't want to get in any trouble.
I tried the general website and was able to send an email with my request ... hopefully I will get the info soon.
The DVC tele-sales number is 800-800-9100. I would think they would be able to tell you how to get in touch with your guide.
Also, there is a thread on the DVC Mousecellaneous (am I spelling that right?) board: Who Is Your Guide/Who Has The Same As You. If someone has your guide, you could PM them to get the number.
There used to be a thread in which people volunteered to be the referral for those who were buying from Disney for the first time. They also listed their guides. I was going to give you a link to that one, but I can't find it.
And if you email DVC's general member email they will contact your guide to call you. I was in a pinch once away from home for a while but needed to contact my guide so emailed DVC on the road and he called me on my cell the next day
However, just got of the phone with my Guide and it seems that they can't sell me VWL over the phone since I live in Nebraska .... so it's a BLT add on instead! (Silly state laws and DVC only registered their "new" properties here!)
