Guide on vacation...Help w/ add on ?

Hello,
I was reading another thread...concerning small contract add-ons.
There was a response that said " members must pay closing costs on small contracts"
IS THIS TRUE? DVC is not charging any closing costs on small add ons...are they?
I called my guide, but he is on vacation....
We are considering adding on at SSR ( 55 points) Has anyone heard of this?

NO CLOSING costs for current members who would like to do an add-on...no matter what size....

Existing members do not pay closing costs. It's only for new members.
