Guide me to a Dole Whip please....

Okay for some reason I have never had nor even seen one of these before - I just keep reading how fantastic they are. I've read they are sold in Adventureland - but where?

Guide me:
I am standing on the bridge that leads from the hub into Adventureland, and then.....................................?

Yep, just a hop, skip and a jump from the Swiss Family Treehouse! You will love it! It is so refreshing and delicious and strangely relaxing? I just mellowed right out the minute the spoon hit my mouth! I had my first one last week. Next time, I'm trying the Dole Float, which is pineapple dole whip with pineapple juice! If pineapple isn't your thing, they also have wonderful chocolate and vanilla soft serve and you can pair that with Coke or Root Beer for a float!

The Pineapple/Vanilla swirl Dole Whips are great! I got adventurous one day and tried the Pineapple/Chocolate swirl and wasn't totally crazy about it.
The absolute best though, is the Dole Float! It's like "death by pineapple"!

It's like a little open stand, with a counter/menu behind the server, if I remember correctly. It's to the right shortly after you enter Adventureland - just as the other posters have said. They actually taste great when it's a really warm day & you're totally parched. Like a little slice of pineapple heaven !

Dole Whip's are my DH's favorite. Last trip was a short one and we only spent one day in the parks. After spending the morning at AK, I asked him which park he wanted to go to next, he said, "Let's go to MK for a dole whip!" How could I have forgotten
So that's what we did. Made for one happy camper!

And you're not looking for a cart/temporary thing. It's in a building with a sign with the name on it and there are windows where you order. I think there are wooden shutters too.

Since chocolate and pineapple are two of my favorite flavors, I really expected to like this combo more. It just wasn't memorable to me. Anybody else try it? What did you think?

The building almost has a Barbados feel to it. Light colors, blues, peaches, wooden shutters. If you get to the flying carpets you have gone too far. I like the pineapple/vanilla swirl the best. All pineapple is a bit too tart for me. With the vanilla, it cuts that tartness. I wish they had these in Disneyland but they only have the all Pineapple ones.

They are really nice and refreshing and the only treat I can inhale in under 8 minutes flat.

ok, my total ocd/anal retentive self is coming out.... your pink bounce/banana pattern is off!!! there are 2 pink bounces in a row in the middle and then 2 bananas on the end. can you tell i am a kindergarten teacher (sp ed no less) that is constantly teaching patterns to 5 year olds???

Perhaps this is a stupid question, but are the Dole Whips all made with pineapple? I'm kind of hoping they have some without, since Dole does do other fruit, and unfortunately, pineapple is the only thing on the planet that I am allergic to!

Another note about Aloha Isle and Dole Whips...

There is almost always a line. So be patient and be ready to wait because it IS WORTH IT!!

We are leaving tomorrow and I can't wait to get a Dole Whip!!

As for the person allergic to Pineapple... Sorry to say but you should probably steer clear of the Aloha Isle But on a brighter note, there are places all over the MK that you can get all kinds of soft serve! If you check out the place right behind the Magic Carpets (if you are coming from the Aloha Isle) they have Citrus Swirls which is soft serve vanilla swirled with frozen orange juice! Check around, there are great treats everywhere in the World!!

Aloha Isle does offer vanilla and chocolate soft serve with candy sprinkles, if you just happen to be in that area and need some refreshment. But the lines there could be really long and soft serve can be found all over the park at different counters.
