My family and I will be getting in for our next trip around 7pm. We want to go to a park for Extra Magic Hours once we get there, but have to exchange our annual pass vouchers in at Guest Services. What time does the window close at most parks or DTD?

I'm not sure how late the guest services will be open--they should be open at least through official park hours. I don't know if they are open during EMH--maybe someone else knows.

Guest services at Downtown Disney should be open until closing.

If the park is operating, Guest Relations is open.

:thumbsup2

I know that at TL we will discontinue service at the Guest Services window about 45 minutes after Park closing. We are always open during EMH periods.

The Guest Relations window at Magic Kingdom stays open for one hour into EMH. So if the park closes at 8 and EMH is 8-11 the window will close at 9. I assume the same is true at the other parks as well.

I just got my exchange certificates in the mail. It's telling me to redeem for the APs at one of the following ticket sales locations: Epcot, DHS, DAK, or the TTC. Can't I do this at MK guest services?

They info they offered is incomplete.

You may exchange them at any ticket window or Guest Relations at-

MK
Epcot Front Gate
Epcot International Gateway
DHS
DAK
TTC
DTD- Marketplace
DTD- West Side
Typhoon Lagoon
Blizzard Beach

The resort desks can't handle anything with regard to AP's.

Thanks, Robo, that's what I thought!

Guess the CMs who should be updating the certificates with the correct info are busy working on those November hours!;)

Anything related to Park tickets can be done at any of the following locations:

Any Park (including Water Parks) ticket booth. This includes the TTC.

Any Guest Relations Office (GRO) outside the parks. This includes the Water Parks, TTC and DTD.

Any GRO inside the Parks.

Guest Services/Concierge in the Resorts; however they cannot do anything related to Annual Passes.

This includes "will-call", upgrading any tickets, replacing any tickets, converting an AP voucher to an AP, or selling an AP.

Anything that can be done related to tickets at a GRO can also be done at a regular ticket window. The ticket windows cannot do things such as make reservations, unscramble problems related to room keys, or handle Lost and Found or Guest Recovery.
