Guest services question

On our next trip, we will need to get a fresh TIW card. We aren't planning to go to a theme park or DTD either of the first two days, but will be going to Blizzard Beach. I was wondering if there is a full-function guest services location at the water parks, where I could grab the new card (in order to use it at the hotel table services)...or if I would need to make a special trip to a park entry area. Our trip begins at Jambo, so I was hoping to avoid the extra park gate trip if at all possible.

No, Guest Relations is only at the 4 theme parks and 2 at DTD. Since you're at AKL, I would say the easiest trip for you would be to AK front gate. You're so close, it shouldn't be a long errand.

Thanks, my friend. The actual distance from AKL to AK is short, but in my experience the bus service sucks. I've waited 45 minutes each way for this route before. Quite painful that there isn't a sidewalk to just stroll over.

I wish you good luck. Can't think of another location quicker by bus. AK and AKL are farther out from the other parks.

Have you considered ordering the card by phone? TiW website says you can do so, if Florida resident or Annual/Seasonal passholder (allow 3-4 weeks for delivery). I'm not sure how ordering by phone would affect the start date of a new TiW card. http://tablesinwonderland.com/

It would still be over a mile to walk, that is probably why they haven't added a walking path. You could take a taxi?

Or just take the first park bus that shows up.
