Guest services on embarkation day

Good evening everyone,

couple questions as we approach our 3/20 sailing which will be our first Disney cruise.

wewere very interested in a couple spa servicesthat were not offered on the app, (rainforest room and the couples villas) and also some drink tasting classes.

Am I correct that it would be best to go straight to the spa after we board to try and get the spa services?

As far as the drink classes and tastings, we were able to get one reservation for two of the ones we wanted, someone told me to go to guest services after we board to try and get the other one. Is guest services in person or on the app?

also any other pointers on what we should do right after we board? Heard that tritons does an embarkation lunch? That sounded nice and relaxing way to start it.

Check the app for tastings. It is likely that some in addition to the pre-booked will be available.

I would go to the spa for rainforest room.

Lunch will be available at Cabanas, the pool deck and one of the sit-down restaurants. You can ask a crew member or check the app after you board.

Is guest services in person or on the app?

Both. In theory, you're supposed to chat with them on the app or else make an appointment on the app and then go to see them in person. In practice, the app is garbage and you're better off just going to see them in person.

Maybe you'll have better luck with the app than I did, though.
