Does guest services open when the parks open (10:00 on Feb 3, when we'll be there), or slightly earlier? We have some WDW park hoppers that we need to convert to DL hoppers; I was hoping we can take care of the tickets before 10:00 and then head right in when the park opens. Thanks for any info!
