Guest Services Hours

Can anyone tell me what time Guest Services opens? A person in our party is buying an Annual Pass and will need to activate it. Hoping we can do that early so we can get to Potterville. We will be staying onsite an hope we can get early entry that day.

if I was a guessing person I'd say anywhere from an hour to 30 minutes before the park opens

I don't remember having to go to customer service to activate my AP last year. I had mine mailed to me and just went to the gate and in I went. You can also pick it up at a kiosk and do the same thing from my understanding.

Sorry..I thought Phamton would have responded to this by now. I think GS opens with the park but stay open 30 after park closing. I don't think they open earlier than the posted park opening hours.

Sorry I missed this question when you first posted. GS window opens 30 minutes before park opening and stays open 15 minutes or so after closing. The GS lobby is usually open longer after park closing but you would have to be inside the park to use the GS lobby.

So does that mean if there is early entry at 8am for resort guests GS opens at 7:30am or because normal parl hours open at 9am GS opens at 8:30am?
