Guest services Epcot?

Is guest services entering from
World showcase before you enter the park or after? Need to do some validation but want to do *before* our park visit.

And it is nice-part of the IG "refurb".

It used to be "outdoor windows"-now a very nice indoor location.

I believe there is a guest services location available outside each of the 5 theme park entrances (2 for EPCOT). I expect most of the issues people need help with at those locations need to be handled so they can enter the park - trouble with tickets or park reservations or activating an AP (for the very few people that need that right now!).

Before. Its to the left as you approach the ticketing windows.

I was going to ask this very question and then saw this thread. I want to get my Disney Visa rewards points transferred to a gift card the evening we arrive (staying at Swan Reserve) and might choose guest services at the International Gateway at Epcot or HS, whichever walk or boat ride direction we feel like that evening!

BTW there is also a GR inside Epcot, to the left of Spaceship Earth. Guests pass it on their way to MS and TT. There are GR offices inside the other parks, too.
