Guest Services @ DD Marketplace--hours?

Does anyone know how late this Guest Services location is open? We are arrving rather late, but we'd like to activate our Annual Pass vouchers (and convert to Premium using our DVC discount) on our arrival evening. That would mean less time wasted the following morning as we hop to a park!

I know that Marketplace is open until 11:00. Don't know if that includes guest services, but you would sure think so.

Yes guest services at DTD is open until 11pm.
