Guest Services CM: Early Morning Magic a rumor, Late Night Event a Test

This was a week ago ... Was I lied to or was the guest services CM grossly uninformed? Ugh!

Either she knew nothing because it was not in her computer,
or she knew it was coming but was not allowed to share it.
Phone CMs, no matter the level, are not to share unannounced information.
Make you feel better, appreciate your pain, try and make it positive ... but not give out info.
Whether you call them or they call you, odds are you will not be brought into the "in the know" circle.
She should not have blamed it on a social media rumor no matter what she knew.
She should have said "I am not seeing that in my computer."
