Hi there, on our first day, we have a BoG breakfast at 8:10, prior to park opening. Will guest relations be opened at that time so we can pop in to get our DAS cards?
great! thanks Sue....I will check the line when we walk in and to see if we can make it. I'd rather not have to trek back to main street once we're back in NFL...maybe be able to ride a couple things before crowds hit!

1) The timing is going to be pretty tight.
2) You can get in about 15-minutes prior to ADR.
3) This does not leave much time to get into Towne Hall, get the DAS, and then walk to ADR.
4) Especially if there are 4-5 people in front of you.
5) The DAS procedure usually takes 5-10 minutes per, once you are in front of a the Counter CM.
6) Good luck, however, for a short line at Guest Services.
And if the scanner is not working it can take even longer if they have to find another one I was there for a good 30 minutes because of issues with the scanner the CM felt really bad I did get 2 extra fast pass and a free ice cream bar I would stop in and if there is no line try for one then walk quickly to breakfast of not go after breakfast.
Isn't there a Guest Relations window outside of the Magic Kingdom (as well as the one in Town Hall)? I could be totally wrong, but I think I recall having used this window once to purchase a ticket? I think it was a few years ago, so maybe it's not there (or maybe I'm totally wrong) or maybe they can't do DAS at this Guest Relations window. If this is a Guest Relations window maybe you can get here before they let you in for breakfast reservations? Anyway, just wanted to mention in case it can help- maybe someone else who knows for sure can confirm. Enjoy your trip.
Yes, there is a GR location outside the park. They may or may not be able to issue a DAS. Sometimes they do not have the right equipment, and sometimes they are too busy with ticket issues. But that may be an option, as long as OP realizes it may not work and has a plan-B just in case.
Here's what worked for us last September. We had an 8:05 at CP.
We arrived at MK very early and were outside the entrance at 7:15. We were the first in line when the OUTSIDE Guest Relations opened. The cast member there was very willing to process my son's DAS card right there. We still had about a 15 minute wait before we were able to get into the park but we made it right to CP and were ready to roll after breakfast.
