Guest Relations in DTD hours??

I wanted to turn my Park Hopper in for an AP on our arrival day & was wondering what time Guest Relations in DTD closes??

We will probably arrive at DTD around 7:30 to 8:00. Will they still be open?

Guest Relations is on the Marketplace side, right?

Yes, Guest Relations is in the Marketplace. The shops are open open daily 9:30am to 11pm Sunday - Thursday
and 9:30am - 11:30pm Friday - Saturday
I would assume guest relations would be open the same hours.

The Guest Relations offices at DTD are located in the Marketplace and in West Side.

The Marketplace location is between the Once Upon A Toy shop and the Summer Sands shop on the Rainforest Cafe end of the Marketplace. This is an actual office that you walk into. It is set in the back side of the Summer Sands building directly in front of the restrooms.

Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday
8:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. Friday - Saturday


The West Side location is at the Pleasure Island end, just past the AMC Theaters. Walk straight down with PI on your right and AMC Theaters on your left and you will see it right in front of you. It is a white building that says "information" on it. This is a Guest Relations window like the parks have.

Hours: 9:30am to 11:45pm daily

Yes they do but you would be better served calling the main numbers (407-824-2222, 407-824-4321) and asking to speak to Guest Relations. The DTD GR's are very small and often busy offices that are not equipped to field phone questions from the public.
