Guest Relations hours at Disney Springs

oDoes anyone know the operating hours for Guest Services at Disney Springs? We are considering purchasing tickets through parksavers and upgrading to AP's once we arrive. I'd like to get the upgrade taken care of before our first park day to avoid spending our first morning in a line at GS instead of enjoying the parks. I'd also like to avoid paying for parking on that day. The Disney website has one page for all guest services locations and only says they are open during "normal operating hours."

We won't be arriving until late in the evening the night before, so wanted to see if GS at Disney Springs might still be open. Also, to upgrade to a DVC Gold Pass, do all members of my party need to be there or could just one of us go and take care of it?

Everyone has to be present, adults 18+ need photo ID showing a matching residential address with the DVC member, and make sure to have the "new" DVC card from this year and not the old one.

@ravenclawtrekkie Are you working at DS tonight?? My daughter just tried upgrading her ticket to AP and was told more than I thought it should be. Does it make a difference if the ticket was bought with a CM discount?

I never work at Disney Springs, there's no ticket booths there. I'm not a Guest Relations CM, they couldn't pay me enough to do that job!

Cast discounted tickets are supposed to be able to be price bridged.
