Guest Relations call wait time - Hours NO response.

Having trouble getting through to ask a question from guest relations. Tried several times on 3 different days at different times. Each time waiting for over an hour with no response. This is ridiculous! ! Any advice or tips. This is not something I can fix online. Need to talk to someone.

I’ve called them recently a couple of times right as the lines opened (7a EST) and someone answered right away both times.

Best time to call is right when the phone lines open at 7am. And by that I mean start calling a few minutes before and keep dialing until they open. Even a few minutes after they open can be the difference between an immediate answer and a long wait.

Anyone have an issue where you are trying to make a change to your reservation but it is telling you to call? I just made a change yesterday and I could do it online, not to make a similar change that was available online yesterday it tells me to call…..

I was just on hold for over 2 hours (a few minutes over) just to find out that the cabanas are all booked...

Was on hold over 3 hours a few weeks ago, then 2 hours the next time. As said above, call as soon as the lines open - I waited just a little bit and it was still brutal.

I waited an hour and ten minutes today. I feel so bad for the CM's. They must be dealing with super frustrated people by the time the callers get through!

We've spent a total of 9 hours on the phone with Disney just trying to sort out tickets. Then just a couple days ago the site wasn't letting us book Capture Your Moment. We called and got through to someone in less than 5 minutes. It's ridiculous.

It is a problem all over the country. Companies can't find enough workers. Places are offering signing bonuses and much higher wages, and still can't get enough employees.

I tried emailing a couple weeks ago and still have not gotten a response.

I had to call Jet Blue last week. Said the wait would be under 90 minutes, it took 120 minutes. Once they answered it took less than 5 minutes. Crazy.

I had no choice (other than over-paying)- they changed my flights and when I went in to reserve our seats on the new flights they wanted to charge me again for More Space, another $170 after having already paid $160 extra. Stinky.
