Guest Relations at Epcot

We are going to be in the World April 24-May 1. My brother can't find his 6 day park hopper that I got him for his birthday. I bought it from UT and they have sent me a copy of the ticket. My question is how do I go about getting it replaced? Our first park will be Epcot on the 25th. Is there a Guest Relations outside the gates? Thanks in advance for any info.

Yes, there is a Guest Relations building. It is all the way to the right of the gates. It has a little gift shop attached to it. It is near the bus drop off area. Not sure if they can do anything for you, but that is where it is! Good luck!

Also,if you happen to be entering Epcot through the International Gateway entrance,there is a GR location there also.

The WILL-Call might do it. When I was in line to get my tickets with a GAD voucher there was a woman in the window next to me who was replacing her lost ticket. She had a serial number only and was able to get a new ticket issued with her ID.

The replacement ticket can be handled at any Park ticket window or Guest Relations Office. This includes the water parks, TTC and DTD.
