Guest Relations at Downtown DIsney

I've read the thread re. TCD sending out vouchers instead of actual tickets.

We're expecting our tickets soon & were expecting TICKETS.

Where is Guest Relations in downtown Disney?
As going there is a possibility for us on the day we get there.

What is it near ?

What time does it Close?

There are Guest Relations at both Westside and Marketplace. At Westside, Guest Relations is located near the restrooms right at the edge between Westside and Pleasure Island. At Marketplace, it is next to Team Mickey (again near the restrooms - read into that what you will! ). I don't know what time they close.

If you are expecting tickets I think you will be disappointed if my phone call with TCD earlier this evening is anything to go by. Apparently, they don't issue the actual tickets any more as it is cheaper to issue vouchers. What a pity they don't pass the saving on to the customer and that they don't bother to tell you until you receive all your documentation. I hope I am wrong for your sakes, but if you do receive tickets I would love to know.

Cj I'm now NOT expecting tickets from TCD.

i phoned customer services yesterday about another matter & mentioned the tickets / vouchers to them.

They confirmed that we would be receiving vouchers instead of tickets. When I pointed out that we were told that it would be tickets, they mentioned that the 10 day tickets were much cheaper than the regular price .
which I have to agree with , we've bought them at £189
he did offer to refund my money if i wasn't happy but I couldn't go through that hassle.

he did say it would be quick & easy to convert vouchers into tickets.
