We will be at BCV during Thanksgiving, and we plan on inviting our Florida relatives to have Thanksgiving dinner with us in our room. We will be in a 1 bedroom and there will be a total of 8 of us. Our relatives will be travelling in two separate cars. Can anyone tell me if they can park in the BCV parking lot? Do I need to get passes for them?? Will it cost anything to park for the day while they visit us?

Thanks in advance for the help (I would have searched for this info but search is disabled at the moment)

I believe that when they get to the gate, if they tell the Security guard they are there to visit you, it shouldn't be a problem. Perhaps you might want to let Security know they will be coming.

As far as parking, if they valet, they would probably be charged the valet fee, whatever that is now, since they are not DVC members. If they self park, I do not believev there is a charge.

We had local FL friends visit us recently at OKW. We gave the friends our room number plus we called the security guard to let them know we were expecting visitors (gave them our friend's names). We figured we covered our bases, & our friends had no problems getting into to see us. Enjoy!
