I've read, read, and read some more (in my many months of research) the easiest and cheapest way to buy GoH badges but guess I didn't take any notes, lol. It's getting close to the time for me to order so all you experts out there, where, how and $$??? TIA. Brenda

We got ours at DTD in the Christmas store. They were 6$ each and you got them engraved right there. They were ready in 10 minutes.

If you go visit DTD the first night you arrive, you can have them for your park visiting days.

At Mickey's 5&10 at MGM,I think cost was $7 each and they put our names on while we waited. :goodvibes :wizard: :wave2:

Thank you both but I guess I didn't make myself clear :confused3 I want to be able to order them online or by phone and have them before we leave for WDW. Brenda

Have you tried giftsofalifetime.com? I ordered some WDW goodies earlier this week. I ordered, but haven't received the pin yet.

One of the absolute cheepest way to get the GOH badges before you go is to call Disney Merchandising and order directly from them. But it's by far the fastest....they can take up to 21 days before you get them....and they will NOT engrave them before you go...but you are able to get it done for free when you get to the park. We ordered ours from Disney Merchandising....got them in a little under 20 days...then had them engraved locally for a small fee...(about $2 each).

Another cheep easy way could be....find a friend or fellow diser going to WDW before you and have them purchase them and get them engraved on their trip. :goodvibes

You can always try the laughing place or some other non direct means...but I've found you'll pay ALOT more.

I would try and find out where to purchase them ahead of time, when we had gone in oct 03........I spend one whole day going from park to park trying to find the goh badges with my then 8 yo daughter and she was so upset when we finally got to MGM where they sold them at the clock store b/c the engraving machine was broken and they didnt have her name or my sons pre-made ..............they do have alot of pre-made ones...........Sydney and Chalie were not pre-made...............however the nice lady who worked there did take our names we wanted on the badges and our address and promised to mail us badges free of charge when the machine was repaired.
My kids were amazed .........she kept her promise and we did get a nice surprise package in the mail about 3 weeks after we got home. They can`t wait to wear them when we go in Nov for mine and my dd`s birthdays!

feeling like a princess already princess: princess:

I got a badge for my son from an excellent seller on Ebay. I did a buy it now auction on Sunday and received the badge on Wednesday. I was amazed that I recieved it that quickly! I got the special gold anniversary badge. The badge itself was $9 and if you just ordered the badge shipping was $4. I ordered a few more DW items and they gave a great combined shipping rate. If you are interested, I can give you the seller name.

at the dtd christmas store when you arrive or you can call disney merchandising or concierge if youre staying concierge at your resort for them to be delivered to your room at arrival.

you can also order them online with a mark up from giftsofalifetime.com personal shopper, mousseshop.com & laughingplacestore.com
