You can buy these at www.giftsofalifetime.com for $7.50 each. They will ship them to you or you can have them delivered to your WDW resort when you arrive. As I understand it there is also some store in DTD where you can buy these and have them personalized.

I got mine at a place right on the main drag at Disney MGM. They were only $5 each. I put it on right away. They make the trip so much fun. CMs greet you by name!

I bought some for everyone for our Christmas trip, some at the Celebrity 5 and 10 in MGM, and one at the Christmas Shoppe in DTD. Some were pre-made, and we had others personalized. I believe they cost $5.95.
