Only those which are self-imposed by the guest or his doctor.

DS rode everything with an arm cast a few years ago. His cast was glow-in-the-dark and Buzz signed it - all was well in DS's world

DD arm cast rode everything. Do not worry and have fun!

The only ride restrictions I know Disney has is for height. And by restrictions, I mean where a guest will be turned away from an attraction because of something.

There are cautions for other issues but no one will be turned away from an attraction for those. And so far, I have not seen even a caution for "guests with arms in casts are advised not to ride".
