Guest drop-off and pickup

I was on Google maps and saw an area for Guest drop off. It was off of Universal Blvd. The path seems to go to an area close to the Nascar Sports Grille. Has anyone used this drop off area? Were there benches to sit on?

The guest drop off is right at the end of the covered walkway to get into Citywalk. It is very clearly marked. There are benches there. The area is quite large.

I went to Bing and found there was a gate across the path I was looking at near the Nascar Sports grille. So you couldn't get in that way. I also noticed a covered portico at the turn in the circle. Is this where the guests go up to get on the ramp that goes into City Walk? If so, are there elevators for the handicapped or only stairs?

There are stairways, elevators and escalators throughout the parking complex...including the valet area.
