Hi,ok give me your best guess;we arrive Olando at 12 noon taking Disney Magiclcal Expess to Pop Century. We are meeting relatives there whats your best guess as to what time we will be at hotel for checkin(they are checking in with us). Thanks Daveb

I would think for planning figure 1:30. You may have to wait on the bus for others to board.

Wait for who to arrive?

They wait until they have a certain number of people that were scheduled to be on the bus. They may be already on the bus or you may have to wait at the airport for more people to board the bus.

We were checking in at Pop about an hour after landing in September. I'd allow an hour an a half though, as safetymom suggested. We were the first let off the bus and there were two additional stops after ours. So, although we arrived an hour after landing it would have been longer for some.

In Aug we arrived at MCO around noonish and we were checking in at Pop by 1:30. We actually got there around 1:05 but there was a really long line and not a ton of people behind the counter!!

I'd say plan on an hour and a half, but you'll probably be there in more like an hour, maybe and hour and 15 mins. We have ridden DME three times (twide to BW, once to BC) and two of those times we had an intermediate stop at POP. Since POP is relatively closer to the airport (on the way in), if there are not a lot of POP passengers right away, they will combine with other resorts in the area. But they dropped off the ppl at POP first. On our way to BC, a family we were chatting with managed to get from touchdown to check in in less than an hour (try doing that after waiting for luggage and riding in a towncar!)

POP is usually the first stop. My guess: less than an hour after you leave your plane. No more than a 15-20 minute wait for your bus and another 20-30 minute drive to POP.

I'm going to guess 70 minutes from wheels down to arrival at Pop. I hope I win! What's the prize???

Oh, that's troubling. I read someone who was on ME stopped to get her AP and there was a hold up at the store in the airport, then she went to another store, then outside to have a smoke and when she got on the bus the people were annoyed with her. She didn't say why they were annoyed but I am assuming because they were waiting for her. I'm thinking I may just skip this ME thing. I would think that if someone didn't show up then they would just put them on the next shuttle. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get to the GF?

This doesn't sound accurate. The buses don't have an exact passenger list. A bus will not have to wait for an individual, because they realize people will stop and eat, or shop, or whatever. I think the only way the above scenario is possible is if it was literally the last bus of the night. Otherwise, it just sounds like another urban legend.

Oh YAY! Good, I was a bit nervous there thinking that we had to wait for people to shop and do their business because they were on the list.

Does anyone know how long it takes (approximately) to get to the GF? Thanks!
