Guess What?! It's RAINING - Again

This may come as a shock to those of you in areas of drought, but it's raining here - AGAIN.

Just when I went out and watered my flowers because I thought it was going to blow over - it came down in buckets.

My pool is almost ready to overflow.

Enough with the rain already - give it to someone who WANTS it.

Yep. Tired of the rain. I know when DFiance gets home he will be complaining about it. He drives tow truck and hates crawling on the muddy ground to hook up cars.

Personally, I hate doing his laundry!

Just got home from 5 straight days of a rainy vacation, thank goodness there appears to be sunshine here in D.C. for the next couple of days. I don't mind a little rain, but 5 straight days of torrential downpours with 2 hyper little kids (3 if you count the big kid) was just more than I could take.

Please, Please, Please send it on over to Seattle!! I can't even remember the last time it rained here. It's been hot and sunny and we could use some rain to help with the forest fires.

How much you want? We had a major, major down pour again today. You could ask the people in New Jersey and Texas as it has flooded real bad in both states

I was complaining a couple of days ago about needing rain.
Be very careful about what you ask for. I live about 2 1/2 hrs from Dallas where it is flooding.

Did you get woken up by the 5:30 am thundrstorm and downpour? I did. I am so glad July is almost done and hoping for a better August. My backyard looks like swampland. There is standing water, weeds are getting taller and it is so wet we can't get back there to cut the grass. Pool water is also starting to look rather high....and cloudy due to all the rain.
