Now to pay off my BCV and I will be in the market for a few more points.

We have a rule at our house that states that DVC automatically starts billing us for a new add-on immediately upon our last contract being paid off. I believe that that provision may be in all of our contracts but my DW won't let me read any of them.

How long did it take you to get the paperwork and the "satisfaction of mortgage"? We paid ours off in May and only received a letter stating all the paperwork would follow. I called MS the other day and they stated the courts are backlogged and we should be getting it soon (Totally understandable considering everything else going on down there now). Just wondering how backlogged they are at this point.

I paid off our Beach Club loan on August 10. We received the cancelled loan, etc in the mail a week ago. About one month from having them draft the final payment from our checking account until we received all documents.

We had our direct drafted. Maybe that is why everything flowed so quickly??
