Grumpy Ticket

My family is taking a trip at the beginning of June and my wife had a great idea for the kids. She wants to give the kids a ticket with Grumpy on it when they are grumpy in the parks. They each get 5 for the duration of the trip. Would there be anyone who could create this. Thanks in advance.

Nick, what happens after they get to 5? Will they know in advance that they're allotted 5 Grumpy tix? Then what happens?

Do tell! I'm always up for interesting parenting strategies and I'm anticipating some slightly overtired children on our upcoming trip!

Maybe the one with the least tickets should get a special reward, souvenier, etc. at the end of the trip.

Love this idea... what a great way to "take care of business" - but keeping the magic/spirit of the vacation....

I like "the one who has the least gets"....

Although - i think if i were implementing these strategies, i would get similar tickets with HAPPY's character... for a little POSITIVE reinforcement --- token economies... as we call them!

Here is our plan with Grumpy Tickets. Each member of our family will get 10 tickets at the beginning of the trip. This includes the parents. Whoever ends the trip with the most Grumpy Tickets left will receive one last trip through the gift shop. We are all pretty motivated because everyone wants that one last thing on the last day.
