I am glad that Mark being 57 and realizing it on 57 days left for Disney cheered you up! I was in a bit of funk too until I finished my classes, but those are done for now. Love the little pick me ups you chose! Such a sweet thing to do.

Wow! That seems like the surgery is so close to your trip. How long will Mark's recovery take?

LOVE your D&B bag!! I want to look at the wristlets when we are down there because I need a great little date purse. Sounds like you have a wonderful boss!!

We only made it to Brookfield Zoo twice while we lived in Chicagoland. It is a great zoo. I would love to get back there someday.

for the great deal on the car rental! Hopefully you will get an even better deal!

Yay for being paid in full!! It is such a great feeling knowing your trip is paid for (at least I think so).

We will be in your neck of the woods next weekend. Planning on doing some shopping at Woodfield while we are there because it is so much easier to shop for ourselves (DH and I) without DD. I need to find a tea party outfit and a few other things as does DH.

We went to the Bfield Zoo today and there were no grizzly bears, my favorite! The only bears on display were polar bears. Which, don't get me wrong I love but honestly! Major let down!

I won't post pictures of the kids I sit for on here as they are not my children and I don't think their parents would appreciate it but I just have to say that I have the cutest picture of 2 of them roaring like a tiger by the big fake tiger display. It is soooo cute! I just love that zoo.

The doctor says he'll be fine for Disney (he better be right!). I love my bag too...it is great.

Sure you can come to Starbucks with us. I love me Starbucks. Mark says the one I go to two or three times a day would go out of business if I didn't go in. Cappucinos in the morning, frappucino in the afternoon and another cappucino in early evening.

Okay, good news: I got the car rental down to $285.33 from $390. Grumpy said to check Kayak which I did. They were showing higher prices, etc. I put a price in at Priceline and it was $260 (if I remember correctly). So I went back to Costco Travel (where I originally booked) and was able to get the same size car we already had for the $285. I'm still going to check Priceline again about ten days before the trip, but I'm VERY happy wtih the $285 (especially since we started out way over $700).

Also, our itinerary is changing a little, so I'm going to try to post a day by day update later.

Our car rental is outrageous this year. It's never, ever been this high. I think I am going to check some of the places that you mentioned to see if we can do better. Thanks for the tip Kathy.

We are booked in a mid sized (first year for a car that small) for $312.
