I seriously think it's because you have tigger in there. I have seen problems where people had to change their names due to TV/ Movie charaters in them.
Alternatives:
Bounceaholic
Poohsfriend
anything else?

I just wanted to say to everyone who has stood behind me, helped cheer me up, and for giving me suggestions on new names to try. It has really helped me a lot I really wanted to up and quit VMK, but as Jegrezo pointed out, "I need to be Tigger on the inside and bounce myself back into the game."

I am on the 6th attempt at getting a name with Tigger in it, as I know it is possible. A few of my mules still have Tigger in it, so I *know* it is not a Disney character issue. I was amazed to see a girl with the title DoubleD and was FLOORED that VMK would allow that name

Anyway, my last submission for a name was: I.M.Nobody and I have to pray that they DO NOT allow it I was just so frustrated, that it just came out

Again, thank you to everyone for supporting me in my attempt to get my Tigger name and for all the encouragement to stay on VMK The friendships on DIS/VMK are very, very dear to me and I would not know what to do without everyone

Didn't Yavn say in one of his recent newsletters that there will soon be a new way to choose your vmk name? I think he said we will be choosing from a list or something like that, so maybe this will be a thing of the past soon.

The Name Game

If you ask players something they'd like to see improved in VMK I'll bet many will tell you they wish it was easier to have a player name approved. Well, we've got good news in that department: Very soon new players will have the option to select from a pre-approved name list or use the current system to make their own name.
Here's how it will work: Players will be given a list of pre-approved names to choose from, once they find a name they like, they just select it from the list. If you don't find a name you like, players will have the option to ask for more choices. If they still don't like any of the names offered, players can then type in a name for approval later (like the current system). It's that simple! Now, just for a moment, imagine a world where no one is named Guest1234567!

So i guess we will still have the same approval problem, lol, just different choices as to how to choose a name. Oh well.

If the name choice thing is anything like Toontown, we'll end up having lots of characters running around with names like "Fluffy Crumplenoodle" and "Slappy Happyboots".

Oh no I hope this isnt true. A VMK with Tiggerholic is terrible but a VMK without Grumpy is just unthinkable!

Tigger I do feel for you. My first character was grumpydad and he is still wandering around VMK yet when I first made grumpy_guy, his title was grumpy_dad. They made me change grumpy_dad 6 times before they allowed grumpy_guy but the orginal beta grumpydad is still ok. I honestly hold to my orginal statement that use the magic 8 ball to approve or disapprove of names.

Aww it really stinks to have to change your title, I feel for ya. I had this happen to me in December after using the same title daily for 6 months. Hope you find a title that you enjoy just as much

I have to agree with sorcerer.. If they approve any name with the part "holic" then it really sounds like they allow a refrence to alcohol in the game and I hope they don't approve it

I really should have stepped away from the computer before I made that dumb "I.M.Nobody" name I thought for sure that they would reject it, as they had rejected every other name that had I.M. at the beginning. Oh well .... live and learn Jegrezo suggested, for my signature, the following: I.M.Nobody with out Tigger! and I took her up on it and it is now my signature Jegrezo

Aww! (((Hugs))) As said, you will always be Tigger to us! I just can't get over how some names are approved and some are not. I think there are some very random but very complicated rules they have.
But they really need to have those rules listed on the screen when we go to create our names.

Once again VMK has struck me with "Please change your name"

On the upside, I suppose that I will no longer be stuck with I.M.Nobody. But, now comes the time to figure out WHAT name they will allow

I have tried for Classic_Tigger, but doubt they will approve as "classic" is not in the VMK dictionary

how about Tiggerbrave or Tiggerhall? Or if it really is the Tigger they don't like then how about variations with Tiger in them instead of Tigger? so sorry tigger that this is happening to you. Or how about, "thatswhattiggersdobest"
