Grrrrrrrr!! Busy Signals Make Me Angry!!

I've tried calling several times this AM to book Members Only bowling at Splitsville for our upcoming trip and keep getting a BUSY SIGNAL!! :furious:
I understand the lines are busy as it's the last few days to get AP discount, but really...A BUSY SIGNAL!!?? I was told by the online chat helper to call back in a few days to book...we leave in 12 days! Anyone else call 1-800 number and get the busy signal? Is there a different number to try? Thanks for listening to me vent! :mad:
 
The only other number is: 407-566-3800.

The 7 month booking window for Thanksgiving is also open now.
 
Geesh!! Busy signal on that number, too!! I wish you could book the special events on-line. :(
 
The toll free number rings to the 407 number. I always use the 407 number since I live in Central FL and it's a local call.

Have you tried emailing MS to book? I don't know if this is something that has to be prepaid, but worth a try.
 
I just tried calling member services , they say there is higher than normal call volume due to the annual pass offer. I dont understand why anyone would bother buying the pass so late in the year at this point, with 4 months of the year over but whatever lol

Because an annual pass is for the following 12 months, it's not based on a year calendar. Also because today is the last day you can buy a voucher for the special Premium Annual Pass.

And you also don't even need to activate the annual pass until 1/31/2015, so essentially you have a bunch of people waiting until the last possible moment so their cash isn't tied up in a ticket they may not even activate for another 8 months. Once activated it is good for 12 months.
 
Now they are saying ticketing system is down and to call back later... Online system doesn't work either. Nice!
 
Frustrated........system down and MS said they will not extent offer due to the computer glitch. I don't understand it's not our problem. She said if system not working By 7:30 pm won't get discount PAP.
 
Ticket services says the PAP deal is extended till either May 3rd or 4th.

This contradicts what I was told when dvc called me back which was: A manager will call in 24-48 hours and make sure we are taken care of. Seems like they will have to honor it. I am quite sure they won't say no to thousands of dollars in advance.
 
When you call DVC right now they have a message up front that says the deal is extended through close of business Sunday although they don't know when the systems will be up.
