Grrrr what's going on with Virgin outbound flights?

I popped in the other day and remember seeing something about this but I was in a hurry and didn't take it all in. Can somebody be so kind to fill me in why my booking is only showing my inbound flight MCO/LGW (although this called my outbound flight according to virgin).
We're supposed to be on VS027 11:15 LGW/MCO 28/4/07 and
VS016 1940 MCO/LGW 12/5/08

Also, Can somebody also tell me what I'm exactly able to do in advance with Virgin A in the "manage my flights" bit, it's just that the seating plan is never available and it says that seats will be allocated at check-in, I thought I could pre-allocate our seats. It desn't say what aircraft it is either so I have no way of trying to second guess the layout.

I'm going with DD4 and DD 1.5 so therefore I get the option to request childs meal for eldest and baby meal for youngest. Does anybody have experience of what these meals consist of, I don't want my t-bone steak eating 19month old being given some jar of baby food mush......believe me, she's a fiery red-head, it won't make for a pretty scene over the atlantic!
Can you tell I'm panicing.....well, I AM.............arrrrrrrr.......

The flights has disappeared because the time of it has changed, is now leaves at 10:45am. You need to contact them so that they can officially tell you this and they will then put the flight back on for you, don't worry you are still booked on there. Are you going next year? You can only pre-book seat a certain amount of time ahead so if its next year then you won't be able to do it yet. If its this year then I would phone and ask why you can't do it, maybe all of the pre-bookable seats have been taken , they do get booked up really early.

Thank you.....but wait a minute... I NEED TO CALL THEM SO THEY CAN TELL ME....surely thats the wrong way around!?!? Balance is due saturday, they had better be nice to me....
We are going 28/4 this year, so when can I pre-book seats?

Anybody know about the kids meals, I only ask as they are now closed for the evening......

As you are going in a few weeks the pre-bookable might have all gone, I think you can pre-book them from about 180 days and people do book really early. Your best bet is to check in really early so that you get seats together.

Never mind, not the end of the world........and yay flight leaves half and hour earlier thats more time in orlando!

sorry to butt in, but if we had already chosen our seats before the details 'disappeared' will they still be there at their end? I'm gonna be pretty annoyed if I have to phone 0870 no to get our seats again.

I have a feeling that as you have a 1.5 year old travelling you cannot use 'manage my flights' and have to ring up and speak to them as they may offer you bulk head seats. Does the 1.5 year oild have a seat themsleves or not? The layout will be the LGW/MAN suite config, or 99% certain it will be.

If you had booked your seats before the flight was taken off then they will still be on there, my chosen seats were still there when the flight was put back on.
