Groups of 30 at Signature Resturants

I'm looking at hosting an event where we would have about 30 people at either Citrico's, Yachtsman, Artist Point or Jiko's.

Are there any special rules when it comes to this?
Are we going to be forced to fixed price menu?

I've had a party of 12 at the Yachtsman before & didn't encounter any issues but I wasn't sure if the rules are different for larger groups.

We did a party of 20 for my sister's wedding night meal at Yachtsman Steakhouse and we worked directly with the manager. She was wonderful! She did a special menu for our party with a selection from the main menu (like 2 appetizers, 2 salads and 6 or so entrees). She left the prices off the menus (since the meal was paid for by our parents). The menus were souvenirs the guests could take home and they had the bride and groom's names and the date on them. We were not in a private room, but we were at 2 large tables in front of a fireplace that was somewhat secluded. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were to deal with!
