Hang in here with me while I explain this...
My friend and I are going on a trip in a week. He won a contest (he won last year also), and last year the tickets were bundled with the room package and we were able to add an additional day once at the hotel (Yacht Club).
This year we'd like to do the same, add an additional day. However, the tickets were going to be handed to us once we arrived and checked in the with company he won them from. Everyone that won was kind of up in arms about this because you couldn't plan fastpasses until you got hold of the tickets. They helped us out by giving us the ticket numbers to add onto the reservation. They are:
"4-Day Magic Your Way Ticket with Park Hopper Option - Groups & Conventions"
I reached out to the hotel itinerary planning office, and they responded by saying because it was a groups & conventions ticket, we would have to contact the folks we got them from. They're....not being very helpful. A few of us have attempted contact and received no response.
My assumption is that once we arrive, I can contact the front desk, or even the concierge desk (we're staying CL) - and they can add them on for the additional $10.60 or whatever it is, and we just pay that difference there.
Anyone had any experience with this, is my assumption correct? Thanks so much in advance.
