Out of curiosity of why so many first time posters were posting complaints about Milford, I did a google search for Milford spice complaints....and guess what came up as the second listing! Yep. Disboards. So I'm guessing these folks keep hoping that posting here will help them get their orders....but sorry folks, this board is about Disney and although someone claiming to be from Milford posted on this thread apologizing/explaining the delay.....they haven't posted since, so you're better off going to their Facebook or website and complaining there.....at least you have a better chance of it actually being seen by someone who can do something!

And to the OP...thank you for the posting....love to hear about the Groupon deals that can be used around the nation, and also thank you to the first to post a complaint....made me glad I was too late for this deal! But I've used Groupon a lot and know that they have much improved their service about refunds too....so if you really and truly aren't getting response from Milford, try going through Groupon to see if they can move your order along or cancel it and refund you. I was able to get a refund for a museum that shut down about 4 months after I bought the groupon but before I could use it....because the Groupon ad said the groupon was good for 6 months I was given a full refund without any hassle.
