Group Transportation to Church

I may be in the minority here but I for one am glad they don't offer such services. The most (personal) PC reason I can think of is because I have to pay for a taxi anytime I'm going to an event on Disney property that takes place before opening hours (such as a 745am Segway Tour that I'm already paying $90/person for). I'd find it insulting that others would get better treatment for off-site activities.

Logistical and financial reasons are too numerous for me to list, suffice to say it wouldn't make financial sense (spending money to put people off property) and they could get into various issues depending on the attitude of said worship-goers.

The buses start at 6:30 am, which should be plenty of time to get to Epcot for the segway tour.

I would say it would be up to the individual church to organize transpertation to their services, not Disney's. Disney would have to provide transpertation to every single type of church in order to make it work. Religion is a sensitive subject, and one person may feel left out if their is no bus to their church of choice. Plus, who would pay for all of this? I think if you truly want to attend religious services on your vacation, you should plan your own transpertation to that church.
I was going to suggest this. It would be more reasonable for the various houses of worship to provide transportation to themselves. After all, the airport doesn't provide transportation to adjacent hotels or to Walt Disney World. Nearby hotels offer shuttles, and Disney has Magical Express. These companies, respectively, provide transportation FROM the airport TO their property. No reason the various houses of worship can't do the same - if not so much 'for the business', as least as a friendly service for their fellow observers. This could be formal transportation - e.g. set up bussing with Mears to Shrine of St. Mary - or as informal as church members picking up Guests at a prearranged location onsite.

then there would be transportation to the mall, the grocery store, day trip to the beach!
Now, that would be a terrific idea. How wonderful it would be to have a bus/shuttle at the TTC that you could take to the mall or the beach for the day. I know you can take Mears to US/IoA for a fee, why not other places???

As for having to pay for a cab for those early morning activities...Disney has been running early buses for several years now. They start running by 6:30am. Everyone should be able to get on one of those.
