Group project anyone?

I downloaded Photoshop Element for a free 30 day trial and absolutely CANNOT figure out how to use it. Can someone teach me how to insert a photo in these frames? I love them. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Some of the frames on this thread are saved as png files. How do you work with those in Photoshop? Is there a way to change them to a gif file so that they will work as a frame?

I'm using Photoshop Elements and I saved the attached png frame that Kelly submitted. When I loaded this frame into Photoshop Elements I got this message, "This document contains 16 bit layers, which are not supported in Photoshop Elements. Consider either flattening the document, which will allow only limited editing capability, or converting it to 8-bit color depth, which will maintain layers and still support millions of colors." I selected "Convert depth" and had no problem loading the frame and inserting a picture, see below. As an aside when I submit a frame to the thread I use the gif format.

Kellybell as usual everything you do is absolutely wonderful!!! Is there any way that you could save this frame as a gif? I have photoshop elements and when I go to open up a .png file it messes up the frame.

Per Opa...I tried converting the color depth but my version of Photoshop wouldn't convert the file correctly. There were no longer layers and the frame was messed up.
