I am going to be bringing our senior class down to Orlando for their senior trip. Any suggestions for a house that will accomodate 15 - 16 people? Thanks for your suggestions.

I would look for a 7 bedroom or 2 separate homes with 4beds each. So you dont have to worry about extracurricular issues

You will need a 7 bedroom home.

Formosa Gardens Estates, Arcadia Estates and Emerald Island Resort all have 7 bedroom homes.

www.StayAtEmeraldIslandIsland.com has homes at Emerald Island for rent by owner.

or try sites such as VRBO.com

I'm pretty sure I've seen that many homes won't rent to groups of singles like that. Unfortunately, just too must risk of damage, I imagine. You may be better off finding regular hotel rooms. I've had to list name and age of all occupants of any rentals we've stayed at, so that's how they find out and know who's staying there in case you were wondering.

Good luck with your search!

I agree with looking for two 4 bedroom homes close by each other. Deal directly with the owner and they may be able to help you. Several home owners that I know (in the same communities) are well versed in dealing with large groups and families vacationing together.
Hope this helps!
