I have started making dining arrangements for our upcoming trip. There will be 15 of us meeting up once a day for meals, but each group has its own reservations and packages. (There is 7 in my group and we have the MYW plus dining on one reservation. I believe the other groups have the same package, but I'm not sure.)
Since we are a large group and want to sit together if possible, I have been making the arrangements and putting it in my name. Now I'm wondering what will happen when the check comes. How can I be sure the meals are credited to the right reservation? Will they do separate checks or divide it up on one check? This is assuming we all use our meal credits. I'd like to avoid any confusion or problems before we get there.
