Group airline tickets

I have 3 tickets as part of a Group flying Southwest from Orlando to BWI on Dec. 10th. I'd like to return earlier in the day, but Southwest's Group policy is no refunds, no itinerary changes.

Sure I can buy new return tickets, but I'd like not to eat the cost. Any suggestions? Group tickets can be transferred - maybe I ought to put them on Ebay??!!
