Recommend a reliable company?

Family of 7. Mears online quote was $78 1-way flat rate for "luxury van".

Found other services on a site called Orlando Shuttle Service. This quotes different companies. Not sure of reliability of those services.

Do I risk not getting what I need if I wait until a week or so before we travel? or should I just schedule now? How flexible are cancellation policies in general

Is a one day rental of a mini-van possible? Might be cheaper. There are companies on site at Wdw that rent cars. Not sure which ones though.

1 Day rent on a minivan is same as Mears quote for 1-way. Plus would have to figure out how/where to turn in and then pick-up for our return to MCO. Thanks for the idea, though!

Pirate are going to WDW during your trip? If so then you can rent the van for the day, turn it in at one of the WDW locations.
