ground floor rooms at bcv???

we are staying at the beach club villas this coming april and i usually
request ground floor rooms no matter where we stay due to my noisy kids
(i don't want them sounding like a heard of elephants to the poor people
below us). my question is do the bcv have guest rooms on ground floors or
are they on the second and higher. thanks.

There are definitely rooms on the first floor at BCV. We were in a studio which was 149,

the problem is that some of the rooms are along the path - the rooms are a little lower than the path - so you can see in the rooms....

I wouldn't take along the path to the BC or swimming pool because of this

the parking lot and behind in the epcot area - would be better (my opinion)

Yep, there are first floor rooms, although there are less of them due to common rooms and utility areas. We had a first floor pool view (really, over the canal) and really liked it. No waiting for elevators and easy access to the pool! People walking on the path did not really bother me (not sure why, I'm usually bothered by such things), perhaps the path was far enough away in our location.
